Well, I thought I should write a little note about this week. First off thank you to all the girls and boy for putting up with me this week. Every team looks GREAT and this is sure to be one of our best years at Motions! Keep up the hard work everybody!

I had a great time working with all the teams but I rarely get to see Sm. Seniors work out. They are amazing. The reason I mention this practice though isn't because of there awesome talent and skill........why then? Well at their practice, Elisa threw her lay out. What was the first thing she did? Call Rana.

With Rana leaving us this year, I have learned a lesson and I hope you can all learn something from this. Our time together is not forever. We graduate or move or try out other things in life that we are good at. Make each moment we have together count, make each practice better than the last, support each other and never take what you have for granted.

I love working with all of you! Keep up the hard work and remeber MAKE IT COUNT!
