The competition was very small, there wasn't any warm up just a couple of strips on some concrete. OC looked good, American looked good (obivously not throwing their entire routines) Maximum allstars had a good level 4 coed team. I know some coaches were not having their girls/guys throw full out routines due to warm up. American didn't have pyramids and watered down stunts, the girls told me that those sections have not been put in the routine yet (saving for nationals?). OC had a strong Jr. level 5 I believe it is their second competiton. Titan elite had a terrific level 4 small. american small 5 had a great open standing tumbling section and jumps. Overall it was o.k. and a good preperation for the big ones in Feb.

We should get a report soon from OC Mom. She is usually pretty good at reporting in results. Hopefully since it was a small competition she will have all the divisions.

Hopefully she is out celebrating her daughters/teams wins! We may have to give her a few minutes...hours...days....weeks...to respond. Hope you can wait that long.

OMG, I just love you guys....

Ok, don't kill me please.... I haven't received any formal results yet. This is what I KNOW...

Senior Coed level 4

Maximum was GREAT. they had strong tumbling and strong stunting. I knew they had won before we went on cause i know my kids routine. But I was very impressed by maximum. I don't know where they found those guys. they looked like they were 20 years old!!!

Now, as for everyone else..... I don't know. American won Sr level 5 but had no competition as one of our main bases burst an apendix just yesterday. But it would have been close. I really think American may have watered it down cause they were alone in the category. If that was their routine, my educated "guess" is that we may have won that one. But seriously, don't take my word for that. I am just a mom with SOME experience. American is ALWAYS strong, so who knows.

I don't know anyone else off-hand. IM SO SORRY. As soon as I find out, I will let you know. Titan Elite was good today as was Surf. Platinum Sr coed 4 moved down to 3 where there was no competition. There was a team called the LIONS. They looked like they were either really really new to the All Star scene or they were ?????. Their uniforms looked very very Pop Warner. So I am totally guessing. The venue sucked. Yikes. It was so small and there weren't even enough seats for our own gym without ANYONE else there. So there were parents STANDING in the doors and isles. I found myself taking pics of uniforms just for the Uniform Police. But I don't have all of my discs with me. The other photographer from our gym is going to think I'm NUTS once he downloads the rest of my discs!!!!

I REALLY need the info I am dying here I just killed an hour and a half watching law and order CI . When everybody knows SVU is the best and now I come back here to find that you dont have all the results. Dont make me watch another episode of CI :)

All of our teams do a video review. It's HUGE for the kids to see it slow-mo. They REALLY see what went wrong or what really worked. You can see our Media Room on the website. We have a photography staff. 3 taking pics and 1 videotaping every team. Then we have a website that parents can order photos from and the videos are for the team reviews. I think we take about 3,00 pics per competition. It's a LONGGGGGG day for me, that's for sure!!!

thanks... we were going thru the schedule, trying to remember and comparing notes. I can't write anything down and my friends were busy trying to keep kids from jumping all over the place. there wasn't much room!!!! Next weekend is ATC. At least that's at the Bren Center. Comfortable seats!!!! YAY!!!
