I tend to agree, thank god for the shift in power....finally! To bad Arnold is still in power tho huh? Oh well, 2008 should be an interesting election!
Id talk about politcs all day rather then listen to all the recent negativity on this board, and if you dont want to talk about it then why click on the ELECTIONS topic?

Here here
What I love is that now with the Dems in Power. Interest rates are going to go down in the kingdom of California, who knows about the rest of the country, but we actually just had a meeting today at work about it
Nothing goes down without something going up. Especially with Liberals in power. We'll save money on interest rates only to pay more taxes. But on the bright side.....our homeless shelters will have newly painted walls to pee on.

723 days till the next election!!!
Well the conservatives had their turn, and look what they got done. . . wait- thinking. . . thinking. . . thinking. . . STILL thinking. Hmmm- yeah, nothing. So i'm way excited to see the democrats take over. And I love the fact that for the first time we have a women speaker of the house!!!!!
What we need for that to actually happen, is for people to actually go out and vote! No more of this 30% of people voting, 35% of people voting. Is there something i'm missing, cause i really don't voting as being that hard.
As nice as it would be to have Hillary as president I dont think she would win, it seems like to many people are polar about the clintons, they either love them or hate them.
Well if she wins in the primary it's either her (for the dem.'s) or the Repubican (whoever it may be.). So I think if she makes it as front runner out of the primary then we're good to go. lol.

No no, they did do something, they screwed us into the ground in Iraq!

Not only do we need more people to vote, we need more young people to vote. We can't sit here and complain about the way things are then not vote, candidates don't listen to us because we are no help to them because we don't vote! Think about it!
