Red-Good job today ladies. It was a hot hot hot and a rough practice for all of us. I know that we can ALL become as a TEAM and stop that mama drama. We all worked hard and I think it'll pay off for us in the long run. Just as long as we STICK together as a TEAM and as friends and keep up the good work like we talked about after practice. Gold-You guys look amazing...Ya'll work so hard and I'm more than positive when you hit the floor you guys will look great. it must be tough having the coachs be on you the whole timed uring practice but it's because they're pushing you guys to become the team and you guys WILL and if not ARE right now.Keep on fighting for those stunts! you're all so close!!! i just wanted to add to bui's and just say both teams are looking amazing! red, ur guys stunts look soo good and your dance is so cute! i just wanted to say to GOLD pretty much what bui said to her team that if we ALL work together as TEAM and incouarge each other in a POSITIVE way, we'll become even more of an amaizng team! we are all great girls and i kno everything will come together. ALSO i wanted to say good job to all the girls that threw their toe backs tonight or at least pencil backs in my case! lol i kno their really scary but i just wanted to say good job to everyone in the back that was going for them! well good practice tonight everyone. it was like 112 out side so i just wanted to say good job! o and thanks jeff for helping me with my standing tuck i think its getting alot better. o ya and that full will we coming soon!! you just wait! well thanks to all the staff and uhh good job guys! see yall wednesday xoxo KAte
Red: When I get to watch you I see a team that could be something quite unbeatable your stunting has come so far in such a short time and all your routines are really coming together, I know you will all do great on Saturday! To my oldies - keep stepping it up and doing your part its great to see so many of you try to really contribute and put in YOUR part to your team I'm always proud of you but expand your friendship circles and you will become even something greater than we imagined! Gold: One day at a time you push yourselves a little hard and one day at a time we will become a closer team pulling each other to reach each of your individual goals. With that, we will accomplish our team goals. Remember we all contribute something to make this team great and don't forget your committments during our "promise circle" follow through with it and we'll be one step closer to our common goal! Special congrats to ALL of you on doing and trying new skills.....Determination is half the battle!
i agree, both teams are amazing and can be very successful. senior red- i love your dance and your fight and determination towards your stunts, jumps, and tumbling are amazing. keep up the good work and thanks for your cheering when we perform! =] gold- i'm so proud of what we've accomplished so far and good job to everyone who is getting closer and closer to standing backs and toe backs. and also, good job to katie for getting your fulls back and everyone who is starting to try standing fulls esp. kives and tissot. (both of you are so close and i'm sure you'll get them soon!) as for the stunts, i know that we can hit them, because we work so hard and we're oh so close. overall i think we had a good practice considering the heat and boy do we love water, fans, and those popsicle things. haha. well, i can't wait to go to practice again and improve my skills... so see you guys wed! ashley

Gold- AMAZING job last night.. i know it was hard because of how hot it was but i was really impressed on how hard we pushed to get things done. Great teamwork tonight working on those stunts i know it was hard because we were all so tired. I can't stress enough how much it helps to get into the gym when you can.. if you can! =) everyone is improving i'm can't wait for later in the season!! keep up the hard work guys it will pay off in the end!!
