Is there an age limit on how YOUNG one can be on a Senior team?

Only for Worlds. For Worlds, seniors have to be at least 14. But other than that, no.

i dont think thats right, these are the divisions for worlds:

Small Senior All Girl - 18 years old and younger
Large Senior All Girl - 18 years old and younger
Small Senior Coed - 18 years old and younger
Large Senior Coed - 18 years old and younger
International Junior All Girl - 14 years old and younger
International Junior Coed - 14 years old and younger
International Open All Girl - 14 years old and older
International Open Coed - 14 years old and older

Here is the rule from the USASF website:

Age Guidelines:

The Senior Teams will remain 18 years old and younger and the International Teams will be Senior: 14 years old and older, Junior 14 years and younger.
