that whenever someone mentions that cheerforce is a good program or have good teams someone has to shoot them down? i was just reading a post about fav teams and just the mention of cheerforce got everybody angry! i would just like to know why is that? so if someone could clear this up for me before this gets deleted or closed?
Think you're blowing it a bit out of proportion. There may be a a couple people who for some reason like to turn a positive post into a negative one when cheerforce is mentioned (usually it's because someone will post something in an arrogant manner and someone else will assume it was from a particular gym). But to say "everybody" is hardly true. Most of us are very impressed with what they AND other California teams we saw at worlds have put together. In my opinion nobody in the top five is better than others, it was a matter of points the judges awarded for this one (repeat, one) particular competition. So to single anyone out as being better than the others (or to pick on any particular team) is just ridiculous, and any sane person reading these posts knows that.
it's funny how so many other gyms say the same thing. Whenever SBE, CA Bullets, American, Power, etc are mentioned, someone has something negative to say. Trust me, there's always one who has to ruin the posts just to stir the pot. Don't think it's the consensus among the cheer world. There's always one bad apple that has to spoil the fun. That's true in life too. It's best to smile and just know that that person is just a negative person inside too. They have to live like that and for that I pity them.
Some people attack your comments because they were written arrogantly and others are just jealous. This is true about every gym . There is nothing wrong with tooting your own horn. Toot it gracefully AND DONT BE FOOLED WHEN SOMEONE MAKES AN ARROGANT COMMENT it's usually someone from a rival gym who is trying to deflect any positive attention going toward that team.
No one hates CF. Some just like to post negative things and sometimes it's tough to NOT think its the majority, expecially when it's on a message board. But realize that it's only ONE PERSON sitting in front of ONE COMPUTER in ONE ROOM posting those things. Keep that in mind....
