I agree with the "theme" idea. It can be a bit old at times. I do enjoy the music that is mixed. I seem to turn away from the teams that have themes.

HAHA! I like this one.... I worked for JAMZ this year, and judged many of their Youth competitions including Youth Nationals for Pop Warner. The Missy Elliot song is forever ruined for me!
