I thought that the encouragement from power to cheergyms.com and vice versa was ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! I think it was incredible to hear everyone screaming eachothers chants. I am very touched and i dont think anyone will forget that competition
Ive never seen something so amazing in my life. POWER doesnt only have so many talented females but they are extremely nice and considerate of all of the teams. Cheergyms had to have loved the support and the support they gave back to POWER small sr. 5 was incredible. BOTH of those teams deserve many Kudo's for wonderful sportmanship. To see all of the coaches and cheerleaders from both teams run out and congradulate those girls put me in awe. Awesome job to both teams throughout the whole weekend.
even the announcer made a mention of how amazed he and the judging panel was for the support that all the gyms bestowed upon eachother. even though it was a competition, it showed respect and should i say family values towards all. the fact that everyone cheered for everyone, and even knowing eachothers chants amazed them. a congratulations is in order for all the gyms who performed this past weekend..you were all AWESOME.....
I agree, it was great to have Power and Cheergyms.com rallying for one another. I just want to say, we wern't in the "Cheergyms.com section" and we had a lot of Cheer Force fans around us. Believe me they were rallying for all the teams and shouting other team's chants along with the rest of us. ----Krys---
Great point Krys. No one should assume that some of the mean comments we've read today are from CF fans. They are great people who love their gym just like we all do!
thank you all so much im anthony im on cheerforce diamondz and i want to say congradualtions to power and all american both amazing teams and we knew going against teh teasm at this comp wasnt going to be a walk in the park. thank you for all not accusing all these negative comments are coming from us or our fans we have the upmost respect to all of you guys. your teams are awsome. i knew that once we got second a lot of controversy was going to start when i went to dinner and people started coming up to me and saying we should of won. right then i knew things were going to be said on these boards. i just want to say all these negative comments should stop. we should all come together now more then ever. we ahve many teams going to worlds power mavericks us california all great teams we should stop all this fighting and save out energy for cheering them on at worlds. if we should of won im sure we would have. power is an awsome team and they earned that bid. we got a bid so i dont feel cheated out at all we got what we went there to get. it may be unpaid but we have very generous parents at our gym one of which is sponsoring us 15 thousand dollers and i want to thank you so much for that very generous donation so really we only need to fund raise 15k more. but like i said before lets put this in the past. lets kiss nad make up. and at worlds lets all cheer for eachtother. people thought it was amazing that we all came together like we did at gssa. can you imagine how it will look at worlds if we all came together and cheered everyone on making not our own individual circles of our own teams but making one big circle with not only the cali teams but the whole comp (hahaha that might be a little hard lots of teams but you get teh idea) we are all part of the same family we are all from california we are all going to worlds tryingt o do the same thing. give california a good name. do you really think other states are going to read this and be like wow california is awsome. they are going to be like wow they have good teams but they fight way to much. lets not make this a civil war but a fun competition stop all this negative comment stuff and lets all come together hold hands and cheer everyone on GOOD LUCK TO ALL REPRESENT CALI WELL
dude, it was just awesome to have something to do with Northern california finally! even if some stuff did happen in the meantime, everybody has their views and feelings, it was jus cool to be able to be a part of it. thanx guys

The funny thing is that this competition is supposed to be a "Nationals" correct, not a Northern California Championship. I wish more Southern California teams came up, like Champion and California All Stars.
Last year GSSA had their National Championship in So Cal and gave a paid bid to American from San Diego area. They placed 3rd at Worlds. The Cheergyms.com All American team was at that competition trying for the bid. Not sure who else was there but I think the majority of teams were from So Cal.
Let's hope that GSSA competitions will grow so their Nationals can draw more teams for all over the west coast.
Power was at GSSA last year in the small coed div. They beat cheerforce then..but lost to American by less than a point! they went to worlds and beat Georgia AllStars I think! Not too shabby!
