What an AMAZING weekend. I have never been so proud to be a member of my teams.
Motions was GREAT. Day 1 was off the hook and Day 2 was even better. Some touchdowns and some obvious mistakes, but by far our best performances of the year! We were 5th after day 1 for the super six, but were unfortunately not perfect enough to compete in the super six at the end of the day. We got 3rd in our division out of 5 teams. The results: 1st Cheerforce 2nd South Bay 3rd Motions 4th Pyramids 5th Oak Ridge. It was so much fun to compete!!!
All American was also incredible. Our performances just kept getting better and better and better all weekend, literally. Our first performance was ok on day 1, got better on day 2, and in the super six division, I have to give props to Nina and Steph for throwing their front through fulls the very last time we ever performed for AA, especially afer a long, tiring weekend. Awesome job ladies! All American's energy was CRAZY. It was soo much fun to perform this weekend.. usually i get so sick to my stomach that I could barf, but this weekend was all about having fun for me, and it was worth it. All American only practices 1-2 times a month, and we were amazing for what we pulled off this weekend. Unfortunately, winning the at-large bid is not enough for us to get to worlds, but it was still a great honor and experiece to win an at large bid, also to compete as one of the top teams in northern california.
Conratulations to Power, for (I think) winning all the divisions they competed in! (correct me if I'm wrong). Those girls were INCREDIBLE!! Good luck at worlds!! Give F5 a run for their money!
Also congratulations to Cheerforce on winning the at-large bid! Good luck at worlds this year, you guys will do great!
Good Job and Congratulations too all teams in the super six, and I hope everyone that competed this wekeend had as much fun as I did. This weekend has taught me a lot about cheerleading.. things I had no idea about. I hope that you all find that special feeling where you have no words to describe the emotions swimming through your body and racing through your mind.
Feeling priveldged, insightful, and just plain old speechless, Bryan Chu Motions Large Coed & Cheergyms.com All American Team
I don't think that he is too said cuz they are going to Jamz and with CA out of the running, Motions may be the one to bet so I'm sure he's looking forward to that. Too bad South Bay isn't going then it would be a good competiton.
I dont know if we can decline the bid...u should wait for Danny or Morton to clear that up but all american decided earlier this year its either paid or no go...so i dont know if the fourth place team gets it or if we just keep it and not go...
Bryan is not to sad because he has another chance of getting a bid to worlds with another team. You have no idea how much work and effort that all american team put into. They only practice once or twice a month and look how amazing they were. Do you really think that he doesnt care enough about the program in general to say whatever? I didnt think so. He would have loved to win that bid, but it was clear in the beginning of the season, if that team did not win a PAID bid, they were not going to attend worlds.
and you're right, he isnt to sad, just being able to attend a competition with californias finest and place in the top three teams and even hear your teams named called for a bid to worlds... that is an amazing feeling on your own. So i dont think he is too upset right now.
Im a little upset, although more-so than anything, it was the experience of a lifetime. Getting an at-large bid was enough to make my day. We worked very hard to recieve that bid, and even though we aren't going to worlds with it, I think we had an amazing turnout for our team.
Still smiling, Bryan Motions Coed and All American
you guys have worked so hard alot of people think you schould fundraise and go because it would be an experiance of an lifetime! you guys schould try to concidre fundraising!!!
well since you are such an amazing team cant you just send a kick a** vudeo to all teh samll buisnesses or large ones around ur city and ask them to help out. that would be my best guess of getting money fast enough. just tell them hey this is our team and we are going to the biggest cheerleading competition in teh world represented out city and out state will ypu please donate some money to help pay for the multiple expenses its going to take to get our team there and i think if the buisness likes his city he will do it
&great job to POWER and CHEERFORCE on their bids! represent Cali well, i know you guys will! and yeah, i have to agree with Bryan, this weekend was absolutely amazing! All American: i love each and every one of you and im sad that our season is over but i loved every moment of it with you guys! well most of them, even though some of those practices got a little intense..lol but we know we worked hard and it paid off!
Steph Mama Pyramids Sr. Black&Cheergyms.com All American. =)
this weekend was amazing and unbelievable.. i couldn't believe that all we worked for was all coming down to this weekend whether or not we made the super six but the fact that we put all our hard work and us showing that we had fun paid off. gosh just reading what everyone is saying makes me so sad. i hate the fact that our season is over. and how people say that we didn't have enough difficulty. difficulty is not everything its about being clean and how you work out your routine and with the amount of practices we have had we sure do make a good team. i really wish we could go to worlds but, since the beginning danny and morton said we aren't going if we don't get a paid bid.. but i think they should reconsider it and we should start fundraising!!! not to be mean or anything but if aa doesn't go to world then i don't think we should pass it down to the next team under us. but thats just me!!! but good job to power and cheer force you guys are amazing.

"If I can't have it, I don't want anyone to have it". WOW!!!!!
My mother spanked that attitude out of me when I was a little kid. Your comment sounds really selfish.
im not trying to be selffish. i just think they have a chance to go to worlds and their not taking that chance to. they never talked about us wanting to go is only based on the coaches. sorry for the rude comment.. but yeah i do have an attitude, and if you have a problem with it then figure it out on your own.
