with gssa this weekend there sure has been alot of talk about that super six division and the worlds bid. everyone seems so sure that certain teams are getting in and such.
but what happens if you dont get into the super six division at all? what if cheergyms has all fo there teams get in and cheerforce has none? will they complain and say they got screwed? what if cheergyms doesnt get in, will they complain and say they got screwed? how about power, south bay, stars extreme, american?
lately so many teams complain that they got screwed or jipped or whatever when things dont go there way. somoene may not get there way this weekend in sacramento. do you think theyll complain about it?
i think they will and that this whole worlds bid thing is going to get out of hand pretty soon. ive seen all the teams competing this for the bid and i have a feeling some teams are going to not get their way.
That's a valid question Drama King. I honestly believe that when all is said and done, the right team will win. I also believe that all of the coaches and owners of the programs in question are veterans of our sport and have done their job to prepare their teams for the challenge ahead. Both from a technical standpoint and also from a sportmanship standpoint.
It's wonderful that Northern Califonia gets to play host to such an important and exciting event. All of the teams that have a chance to make the Super 6 and possibly win a bid to worlds have been around for a while now and have certainly earned this opportunity.
I really hope that we can all just do our best, be happy with our efforts and have the class and sportsmanship to congratulate the winners.
There's no need for drama. This is my 20th year in the cheerleading business and believe me......there has never been a display of talent in Northern California like we're about to see this weekend.
I'm proud of how far we've all come!

the msot obvious reaction for a team that doesn't get is is probably to be upset.. but who knows how each team would react. but for one thing American is not going to GSSA so they're out..
