Thanks TX Dude. I know that the International divisions are only unpaid bids if you are a team from the US. Only teams outside of US are getting paid or partial paid bids.
I find it interesting that America's Best would give out that many partial paid bids instead of 1 full paid bid. Hopefully they will have this posted on their site within the week.
