1. is there a drop box at pyramids?

2. if we are not eating a meal, do we still have to pay $35 to get in?

3. will there be pre-arranged seating for the adults? i read that the team will be sitting with each other.....

There is a basket next to the CCACC box that you can leave it in. No charge if you don't eat. No adult assigned seating just the cheerleaders. Thanks

Thanks to pyramid mom for the good questions and to Judy for your answers. If we do not plan on eating, what time should we come for the rest of the stuff? Is there an agenda yet? I am assuming eating is first? It's my husband's birthday that same day..... will probably eat with him later that evening. What time do you think it will end?

Dinner will be served promptly at 5:30 Please make sure you send back your response card either way. I need to have a head count and I also need to have chairs set up for people to sit.

Again, the team will sit with their team and parents will sit at a first come first serve it's a great way to get to know people and sit with new and old friends you have met this year.

If for some reason you didn't get an invitation please email me so I can mail one out for you. No invitations will be left at the gym for pick up.

So dinner is at 5:30, but what time would we need to be there if we are not eating and we want to attend the award ceremony?
