Just wanted to give everyone a quick run down on how things are going so far out here in Atlanta. Sr. Black had a performance of a lifetime here on the first day of competition. It's been the best performance so far this season. We still had a few bobbles here and there in routine, but overall - the kids have never felt so great about their performance as they did last night.
We still have another performance today...7:57pm (Atlanta time)...4:57 (California time). Keep the team in your thoughts this afternoon and hopefully we can come back home with some great news!!!
This competition has definitely been a great experience for this team so far and thank you to our buddy team - Maryland Twisters F5 - for the support and cheering during our performance....oh yeah, and the t-shirts!!! You're the best!!!
Congratulations you guys--- I am so proud of you, no matter the outcome. You guys are down there with the best of the best, and to think that you performed so well under all that pressure... awesome!
