You and your coaches should be very proud of all the hard work that has brought you here. Now it's time to perfect the details and work even harder for Nationals. Remember: practice doesn't make perfect; perfect practice makes perfect.
We weren't as clean as we knew we could be, but way to put it all out on the floor. I am proud of how far you have come in just a couple months. Remember what we talked about: "6 times harder".
