Okay, who is "cheerleading fan" and "cheer fan" and / or are they one in the same...??? So curiuos to find out.... What are everyone's guesses, if "they" do not post their true identity...
I heard through the grapevine that my name had popped up on the message boards, so I had to check it out. Sorry to disappoint but it is not me. In fact, this may be my inaugural post on the cheergyms.com message boards! Ten years ago it probably would have been me, but times have changed and I'm not quite the cheer junkie that I used to be.
When I have time, I'll have to go back and read some of the work of this anonymous poster. Hopefully it's good stuff or I may be inclined to be offended! Anyhow, good guess Danny, but you'll have to try again!
Cheer Cutie- Everyone is just interested because "Cheer Fan" always has very insightful and well thoughtout posts. Plus he or she is very non-bias. Almost as if they used to coach long ago but still follows the sport just for fun.
Plus, as the administrator of these boards, I can tell you he/she has never posted with their real name or any name other than "cheer fan" and "cheerleading fan."
Here are a few thing I have come to know about Cheer Fan.....
1) He/She has to be in at least their mid twenties. The grammer is too good to have grown up in the "LOL" era.
2) He/She was in Las Vegas for the American Grand competition. This tells me they are not affiliated with cheergyms.com, Athletic Perfection, or any other program that did not attend.
3) He/She is definitly a fan of the Outlaw/SBE style but very critical of their performances.
4) He/She mainly posts in the morning which tells me they have a real job and likely doesn't work full time in the cheer biz.
Anyone else have anything they noticed. This is FUN!
My next guess (even though it contradicts some of my points above) is JT from Gym Stars. AKA Vivian
I also think that cheer fan judges at the national level, was definetly in Vegas....I saw her/him, loves east coast style of cheer and misses the Legend Lady Jags......just a few more hints for you! Have fun Ya'll
The name Cheer Fan is so generic, honestly, I could have posted as Cheer Fan somewhere along the way, I really don't remember. I think there are definitely multiple folks posting as Cheer Fan, so trying to guess who "it" is seems kind of silly, no?
I heard my name was posted on here, but as much as it pleases me to hear it in a good sense, I have only posted on here a few times. I have read "Cheer Fan", "Cheerleading Fan", and "Cheerleading Junkie" and alot of those opinions I do not share, but thank you for comments.
