Jamfest held their competition this past weekend for Worlds bids. Here are the results:
Paid Bids: ACE of Alabama Large Coed Stingrays Small Sr
Unpaid: Stingrays Small Coed KC Cheer Small Coed Gymtyme Small Coed ICE Athletics Large Coed Dreamquest International Coed Cheer Zone International Coed
I looked at the scores and the results too and i think it is ridiculous that teams like dreamquest got a bid with a score that was in the 7.0-8.0 range when stingrays scores were around 9.3 or something.....granted it is a new division for worlds...international but i guess we know where everyone will be headed for there 'easy ' bid next year.
US teams can qualify for the International divisions, just no PAID bids for US teams. http://www.usasf.net/worlds2006.asp
Specifications for International Divisions: - 35 members or less - 14 yrs old and older - Level 5 rules - Offered for both U.S. & International teams - Only "At Large Bids" offered within the U.S.
Also, if you go to America's Best on their home page they speak specifically about these divisions for their Nationals where they will be giving out bids. http://www.americasbestcheer.com/
