How does one get chosen or apply to work for cheergyms.com, say coaching one of the high school teams? Are there specific requirements, such as you have to tumble, have so many years of coaching, etc.? Any information would be great! Thanks
Usually cheergyms.com only hires people onto their staff who graduated their program, and showed their dedication and knowledge of the sport while in the program, along with leadership skills. Of course there are exceptions. There isn't a tumbling requirement or anything like that, but it really does help to know danny and morton!
