Coming from gymnastics, I find many problems with the USASF. I don't understand how they allow the production companies to run the sport. We need one approved scoresheet, not so many divisions (no everyone can't always be the winner) and just because you win at a "national championship" you are a national champion- (of what? The 100 other teams from your state and possible surrounding states). It makes the sport a joke. There needs to be USASF sanctioned qualifiers where you need a specific score to advance to regionals, state, and then nationals. I don't mind the production companies fighting for our business to compete in their events, I do like the variety, but it needs to be unified all under one governing body.
