To my MSJ girls: Connie, Christine (T2), Jessica (Perfect, JZ...whatever they call you now) and Kimia... It brings tears to my eyes every time I watch the 4 of you take the floor. I am so proud of you all. I can't believe how far you all have come since your days at MSJ. You girls looked awesome out there.

Again.... congrats to all the Motions kids and coaches. Nelson, Katrina, Nikki and Kaitlyn have a lot to be proud of! Awesome job to all the Motions team.
