Hey all, if we fly out on March 4th and return the 6th from Oakland to Las Vegas they can give us a group rate of $190.40 (final price) on Southwest for round trip. But we have to have 10 or more flying together and one person has to book everything together. I'd do it if you want me to, let's discuss it at practice.
The comp is February 5-6, not March. We normally leave on the Tuesday after we compete since we don't know what time the competition will end, and so we have a little time to celebrate. Just an FYI
Sorry, I meant February...I was thinking about March for high school nationals, too much going on in my brain at once. I had called for group pricing for march for my high school team, sorry for the mistype. I can find out the price if we were to fly back Tuesday as well. But still leave on the 4th.
Alright, well then I will call Southwest again and get a quote for round trip 4th - 7th, that should be cheaper, hopefully. Flying on off days is always good. I will bring the information to practice on Sunday for anyone interested.
