Lucky you. I tried to call the company and no one responded. First the shipping charge issue and now this. We ordered an extra to trade at Worlds. Well since we are leaving first thing in the morning I guess we will not get it in time.

Same thing happened last year...call them and raise a stink... Then will ship them to your hotel!!!! This is why I didn't order:/
