we did 80 pop ups
in aprox. 11 1/2 min
.. can you believe it? wow..

my backs not actually sore yet from my special stance when i base

so whos sore?

cant wait till camp!!
-hardest working
-most improved
..definitely

lets show nelson that we can win those awards!!..(because we all know we can!)

2 Practices to camp and we're lookin good, for sure! But I dont think i understand hardest working or most improved... lol

OMG nelson...you were right. practice this year really is 10 times harder than our hardest one last year...and supposedly last night was an "easier" night? omg i cant even walk or write. i couldn't write in people's yearbooks today because my arms were so sore from the 80 thingys last night.
