Hi everyone I haven't been on this board in a long time. Today  there was an article on the front page of the los angeles times regarding injuries and wanting new regulations and tougher rules.

OMG!!!!!!! those "coaches" are unbelievable. i can't believe that people who have no experience with cheer just offer to supervise the squad. its crazy not to practice on mats which will lead to an injury no matter what.
