so i read on the merger topic that fierce is opening a new gym to accomodate more girls. ive never heard of a gym doing this before. does anyone know how many girls theyre expecting? not to mention its kind of late in the season to start a new team. comments?

Not sure how many they are expecting but I asked someone i know about it after i heard and they said they are hoping to be able to field 2 teams at this location

Merger thread says they are Not opening a new gym and also says teams season will probably start late. Teams will be using space in a gymnastics facility in that area. Not all that uncommon at all.
Most statements made on this thread are correct.... But allow me to confirm and answer your questions. We are not opening a "new gym"... Just renting space from a local gymnastics facility. If the location progresses well throughout this season and continues to look as though it will grow even more for the following season, then possibly in the future there COULD be a second gym. As for right now we are just taking things one step at a time, while accommodating the families of this area. The plan is to field two teams in Signal Hill. The following Sunday will be team placements and from there on out it will just be work. Lots of work that we all are ready and willing to take on. good luck to the new fierce teams sad that the titan pace merger didn't work out but i think that titan and fierce have more similar styles that titan and pace did.
I heard one of the new teams was senior open 5, which makes me even more excited
what about pace?
