JUNIOR RED STUNTS

Hello, ok I have a question, you know how on practice on last tuesday when we did the whole 8 stunt groups without backspotters. Are we actually doing like one legged stunts and basket tosess and stuff with two bases and a flyer? Just curious

Hey Melissa,

AT the end of the year, Jr. Novice and I did those kind of stunts. (cradles, full downs, ect.) They are pretty easy but here is some advice.....

For Bases...
Catch high and drive the flyer's heel

For Flyers....
Stay tight and lock your knee

Don't worry you'll catch on to it fast!!

See you at Pyramids..

I have to express how PROUD I am of all of the girls on Jr Red!!!! All of you are working so hard already, and all of you know how much Regina and I appreciate that!! Sundays practice was Awesome.......6 stunts...and already 4 of the 6 that can double.... with the other 2 getting 1 1/2 and 3 girls have NEVER flown!!!!!!!! I am very amazed at how hard all of you are pushing to get better!!! We need to keep pushing ourselves that much, because the stunts only get more creative and more challenging from here. Keep up the good work, and remember our goals!!! See you all on tuesday...

There's no definate level where the team stands because it all depends on how much we progress over the season. We could compete at any USASF level this season.
