Vacuums.......Help!!!

We seriously go through so many vacuums at the gym.  Does anyone have any advice on higher powered models that won't fizzle out due to high usage.

Thanks friends,

Nicole

We went to our local janitorial supply store, it was pricey about $300 but we have a one year  warranty and it is about 16 inches wide. We have 2 and I run them side by side at the same time 30 minutes to do full cheer floor, 20 mins for our gymnastics floor. http://www.officebella.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=10_43_309_983_1339&products_id=10142 this is what we have but in the blue model.

Nicole, all our vacumes just broke down too! Those foam carpets tear vacumes up.

Both locations at POWER now need new ones too.  I wonder if we could get a group discount if we buy them together.  Maybe this is something the Nor Cal Alliance should look into :)

When I was up north I bought a cheapo one (maybe 50 bucks) from Fry's that lasted me forever.  I had to change the belt and bag every so often and it wasn't exactly a looker, but the thing lasted forever.

We bought a chepo from a hardwear store (one you may know of) and it lasted us a couple of years, until we moved.....

I switched to one of the roller vacuums ($30 or so from Sears) non electric for everyday use and used my regular Vac once a week, Mondays. The cheap push Vacs actually work pretty well.
