Okay... I am going to start out by saying congrats!
All American All Girl:
I'm so proud of you ladies. The energy you brought Saturday was incredible, and those fulls couldn't have looked any better, not to mention Amber's double! This team is on the right path, keep it up! Win or lose, this weekend was a stepping stone to the goals this team is trying to achieve, so great job ladies, and good showing! I apologize for not being able to watch Sundays performance, but Palm Springs please believe I will be front row both days, as your #1 FAN!
All American Co-Ed:
FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!! I think I will finally be able to breath when you guys perform now, because holding my breath for 2 and 1/2 minutes was not doing well for me. Since we don't have time for circle time on Wednesday, because work is to be done!!! I want to share with you my positives, and growth spots from this weekend, so hopefully you can apply it to practice and Palm Springs.
Postives:
1. Finally came together, felt, and looked like a team on and off of the floor.
2. Individually you pushed yourselves, and made yourself finish the routine with out giving up!
3. If a team member was down, a team member was there to cheer them on.
4. You all realized if you are confident in yourself, and in your team, you can make it happen!
5. Although some skills were taken down a notch, you were supportive of the decision, and knew it was the best thing for the TEAM.
Things to grow on:
1. Flyers in stunts, relax, and look like you are having the time of you lives.
2. If the coaching staff decides to play it safe, and take an individuals' skill down a notch, make sure that skill looks gorgeos. Remember we are taking out a harder skill, so if you do the easier skill bad, you are not preparing your body to eventually compete the harder skill. So if you have to compete a full instead of double, make that full the best it has ever looked.
That's all for now! Again, great job All American Program, and I can't wait for next weekend!
