Hello everyone there will be open gyms on Monday and tuesday Dec. 29th-and 30th from 12 pm to 2 p.m. both days. Open gym only cost five dollars for the two full hours. Feel free to bring friends anyone is welcome. Please pass on the word to your fellow teamates. If you have any questions contact me at lessandro@cheergyms.com. Check the message board because I might have a open gym on friday Jan 2nd but that will be decided further in the week so keep checking the MOTIONS message board.
