I love this idea of 4.2 because for our gym it benefits us. A lot of kids that we see are level 1-2, 14-19 year old kids who are level 4 stunters (due to high school cheer) but only have level 2 tumbling. This I'm sure could be the circumstance for other gyms throughout the country.

I sure hope more teams compete in this division next season. I'm not a fan of adding more divisions; I'm in the group who feels we have way too many as it is. As you can see at some competitions already this season, divisions are being combined (large with small, open teams with teams that are not open), but this one you really can't combine with anything else. So we can only hope more participate.
I have to agree about the combining of divisions. IT's getting way to wishy-washy. THere is no really division of divisions. Perhaps it's time to go back in time and just had the Senior, Junior, Junior Prep, and Minis again. It just appears this is happening without us knowing it anyway.
