To sum it up in one word.. WOW. It felt so good to walk around the convention center this weekend, knowing that I was apart of the best program there. Not only because of how well the teams did on the floor, but off the floor as well. I definitely felt like "FAMILY." Congratulations to every team from cheergyms.com!
To all the Motions girls: Each and everyone of you AMAZE me. Saturday was definitely NOT our day, but Sunday was a much different story.
Juniors, you brought tears to my eyes, and according to Nikki, that wasn't even CLOSE to what you did in San Diego. I'm amazed at how far you have come. You are such a young team, and you have TWO amazing coaches, I can only imagine what your future will bring. To my flyers.. GOOD JOB! You work so hard in flyer class, and it shows! I love each one of you!
"Large" Seniors, you have no reason to be disappointed in yourselves or in eachother. You can only go up from here. Now is the time for you to get back in the gym, PUSH yourselves as INDIVIDUALS, and SUPPORT eachother as a TEAM. Now is the time for you to come together, and believe in EACHOTHER. You have the talent, but how bad do you want it? The sky really is the linit for you. You have over come every obstacle you've had thrown at you. Now its time for you to SHINE. Believe in YOURSELVES, and believe in EACHOTHER. In two weeks, you'll have your chance to show everyone how GREAT you really are, but first YOU have to show yourselves, because you are a GREAT TEAM.
Small Seniors. The one word I can think of is FINALLY! You finally got those dang jackets. And you earned them. Funny thing is, its not cold in the gym anymore! Your performance on Sunday was the performance we've all waited for. There were no mistakes. It was the performance that this team is trully capable of. It left the crowd speechless and in awe. And when awards were announced, not only did Motions cheer, but the WHOLE crowd applauded you. I love you all so much. Congratulations ladies, you trully are the "Dream Team."

I just wanted to drop a quick Congrats to the Small Senior team. Like Amac said that was the best performance that I have ever seen you compete all year. The energy and talent you put on the floor was undescribable. To see the look on all of your faces when they announced second place, and left only you girls in first was a moment to remember. Congrats to you all and to Nelson and Michelle. You all have worked so hard, and it showed this weekend.
