I just wanted to make note of something great I watched this weekend and experienced as well. Every time a cheergyms.com team walked onto the floor to perform, not only did all the kids in our program race to get a seat to support the team, but each coach made their way to the sound booth to support the coach whose team was on as well. As a coach we are usually in the back at the sound booth, alone, praying that skill by skill a routine will hit.
This past weekend I truly believe as coaches we were there for each other. And the support we all felt was great. It was so nice to stand with 15 others coaches knowing we all had the same goal in mind.
