san jose's new cheer environment

All the teams will be fine. With motions and nor cal roy and nelson were great coaches but the gyms will get along without them. fame and ca crush will be the divas and legends of yesteryear.

the only real change i see is the san jose area won't field any world's caliber level 5 teams.

Unless you actually know both Roy and Nelson and the type of people that they really are I would think is safe to leave well enough alone. They are 2 amazing people.

losing Roy is not the best thing..Roy and David were probably the best thing for that program..talk about choreography all I can say is "WOW" their routines gave me goosebumps everytime I seen them..but Nor*Cal and Motions will be fine..only time will tell smile

NorCal did not have a routine yet. I don't know how good that was. A good coach would have had a routine for his team by now.

It is possible to see talented people leave (and wish them well) and see the gyms also continue to be successful.

I'm sure that even though Roy and Nelson left, that NCE & Motions will do well. And the new teams, Fame & Crush will be successful as well. Lastly, I'm sure Nelson and Roy will do just fine also.

This all sounds a little too personal to talk about. Some people just need to move on, for some reason or another. Lets just keep it clean and not talk about other people/programs in negative ways.

Motions will do well. Cheergyms has been around for a long time, ownership has not changed. Morton and Danny know how to run a program and a business. As for Nor Cal, ownership lies in the hands of 2 parents who are still learning how to run a program. Being and owner and being a parent is completely different. Roy had years of cheer experience and he knows how a program works. Fame and Crush will do fine. This maybe Nor Cal's last year.
