If you ran an All-Star cheer program....would you let a high school drop out cheer on your team? I would think you would want her to get an education- being a caring adult...a coach.
If they dropped out of high school, all star cheer could be the only organized stable thing in their life, so I would let them cheer. As an adult/coach if you really cared about this person, you would let them stay because it will teach them other life lessons they might not get anywhere else (teamwork, commitment).
Before Allstar cheer went to age requirements instead of what grade in school you were some seniors would flunk their senior year so they could stay in high school for 5 years and cheer allstars an extra year. I know it sounds crazy to me as a parent but it did happen.

Some in California are still running on their coed teams. I know because three of the guys went to school with my older sister. The guys ran at worlds they were 22 years of age.
