Just wanted to send out a huge congrats to the Motions half year team for their great performance today at UOP!! They hit their routine cleanly unfortunately the huge Tiger in front scared them half to death so they lacked that one key selling point...smiles. But hey, it was their first and they did well!
YES! Awesome job today! We have some things to work on.. Like a little bit of PERFORMANCE energy.. But your routine hit solid! Now its back to the gym...
There was a real Tiger there. The day before they had zoo animals at the Spanos Center and one of the animals there was a Tiger. Unfortunately, someone dropped the ball so the Tiger never got picked up. The Judges were really friendly though and befriended the Tiger. They called the Tiger, Jorge (pronounced, HOR-HAY). So Jorge was sitting next to the judges during the half season team performance and I think it frightened the kids a bit.
But it was okay. Afterwards the kids mustered up the courage to ride Jorge in the parking lot. Good times.

But I guess cheergyms.com is having lotsa issues with tigers this year.. Isn't that right Marlon and Billy?
I was reading this to Christina during her breakfast and she almost blew milk out her nose!! A tiger...named Jorge...genius!! I was even telling Christina that if they could do the performance that calmly, they were ready to step it up a bit. ;)
