Sorry you harbor such emotion when others are just trying to good things for the children that have a wonderful desire to cheer.  Remember what we do is about the kids not about the rules of a bulletin board.  My observations on Coach Misty's intent wouldn't change whether I was in or out.  I always seek what is positive and for the benefit of the kids.  That is our mission!!!  That will never change and will always be our guiding light in how we operate.

Unfortunately, when you are new the rules may not always be spelled out clearly.  For example, in golf you might not know that there are winter rules and summer rules.  A newbie walking on the course blows all those rules their first time on the course.  Good friends, colleagues, and even competitors often help them to learn to manuever through those rules to the benefit of the game at hand.

Name calling doesn't do anyone any good at all.  And really doesn't set a positive tone or model appropriate behavior for the children we teach.
