*So while gas prices are dropping, it is still about $1 more a gallon in California than anywhere else.
*Yesterday i was reversing out of a spot in a small parking lot where nobody was driving though. I got 99% out of the spot when this black expedition goes speeding on through layng on the horn!!! By the way, this what at a school!!!
*Because it is summer, the boards are dead except for the little stabs here and there at certain gyms. I come on most everyday in hopes that something new will have been posted and yet...nothing.
*I find myself hating to work more often than not every time i am there. The seconds, minutes, hours, and day as a whole just move so slowly! As if that wasn't bad enough, the clock at work is one that makes a "tic-toc" noice every time the big hand moves.
My car. My car is a major door ding, bumper bump, minor "accident" attracting machine. My car has received a cracked windshield from a rock thrown up from a semi (this was my first clue - since I had owned the car less than 16 hours!), my daughter drove over (yes, I said over, not into) a tree, someone in a stolen car decided that the spot I was in was the spot she wanted to be in so she moved on over and her hot rod metal bumper attached to my fender and it ripped all up (much like a can opener), when I got those two things fixed I also had them bump out the twenty-some odd bumper bumps and buff out the door dings but just this past weekend I went to the movies parked in no man's land and received three fresh bumper bumps, then I sent to Marine World (yes, it's still Marine World, I don't care what Six Flags says) and received a nice pretty shade of blue ding on my door. These are just the newest/highlights. It's clearly cursed, but it's paid for and I sooo do not want a new car payment...although with the dollars I'm spending repairing it probably averages out the same. I don't know!
Why does it take 2 hours on a bus to travel the 12 miles from my house to the gym? I would much rather ride the bus to and from work but this system is so antiquated with a hub/spoke flow rather than a flow that gets people where they need to go fast. Then they complain folks won't ride the buses.
Why does the city put out stringent rules for recycling including how to stack the items in the bins so that the pick up drivers do not have to separate each bin. yet when I see the guy pick up the bins on my street he just dumps the bin in there and keeps rolling.
If they are going to charge me for bringing bags on a plane, why can't they see I will just Fed Ex it? Save money and know it will get there when I want/need it there.
