There fees include tickets into Disney's California Adventure. Since that is where the competition is held.

Last year was the first time in several years that the cost went up. 2008 costs were:

1 day (pass to California Adventure only) - $81
2 day (hopper pass for both parks) - $132
3 day (hopper pass for both parks) - $160

again this included the competition fees. Spectator fees are a little lower. Also, you can get tickets elsewhere for spectators and just purchase the wristbands for $10 to get into the competition, but participants have to pay at least a 1 day ticket cost because of the competition fees.
