What makes is new and improved? Is it because they are practicing 2 times a week? That seems to the be largest changes, but im sure they will do better than ever this season.

What teams are they having this year ? I know that they lost a boy to California so I was wondering if they were still Small Coed ?

There are new uniforms, and a new practice schedule, and a new attitude. The two teams are Small senior limited coed (20 members), and small senior all girl (20 members).

I was under the impression that their Small Senior 5 is the higher of the two teams and the Small Small Coed has some cross overs. Is that the case?

Higher teams is not the way we would like people to put it. There are cross-overs from the coed team to the all girl team. They are both going for bids, they are both going to Dallas, they both have amazing kids on them. I can't wait to see what the staff has in store for both of these teams you are all an amazing group of athletes.

There have been quite a few gyms that have stepped it up over the last season or so. I'm sure both cheergyms and NCE will be good this next season. Don't count out some of the smaller gyms. They may not get all the hype like some gyms on this board, or should I say self promotion that some gyms do. But they are starting to get noticed.

Ok lets just get it over with. The gyms that will be talked about on this board because they are the "standard dominating gyms". They are Power, California All Stars, Cheer Force, So Cal, Cheergyms.com, Airborne and Nor Cal Elite. It would be great to disucss other gyms for a change of pace. I am sure One athletics will be another one on this same list.
