I just heard of it for the first time on a weightloss message board that I am always on and everybody was talking about them. Some of the posters have challenges with other posters to help motivate them with exercise.

I ran out to buy one. I have not played any video games since I was a kid. I am having so much fun with it. You can make your Mii look alot like your self. My kids were laughing hysterically when my Mii turned from a cute healthy girl to a round blob. I laughed too but now I am determined to make my Mii get a little less round looking. It also tells you your BMI and your weight.
