Staff, cheer leaders and parents: Laura had her surgery this morning and according to the doctor, it went very well. She had ACL replacement surgery, for the injury she suffered on the floor at College Nationals last February. I'm sure she would love some visitors while she is recuperating, so if you are in Benicia please stop by or give her a call. Thanks! Sue
Hang in there and do exactly what they tell you!! I'm almost 5 months out and doing great, back to cheer and all....so I know what its like, and it's really not that bad in the end!! Get back soon so we can compare stories!! :)

Good luck w/ your recovery. I just had mine at the end of August after landing wrong at my small senior practice in July. It's a bummer to be out of cheerleading for a year but hang in there and make sure you do all your physical therapy! It'll hurt but it's gotta be done! Good luck. Erica
