I don't usually post on message boards, but this one time I will make an exception.
On April 27th, in Pt. Pleasant Beach, NJ, my 10 year old daughter Hannah will be cutting the ribbon for the 2008 Arthritis Walk. She is one of 300,000 children in this country who suffers everyday from this disease. She is one of 46,000,000 people in this country alone who deals with the ravages of arthritis. That is 1 in 4 people in the U.S.
Hannah's sister is on the World Cup Cosmic Rays, and will be in Orlando competing at the Worlds Competition that day, and will be unable to attend her sister's special day. In honor of her sister's bravery, Danielle, her team, and some parents will do a short walk around the practice area late Friday afternoon to show their support. Any other cheerleaders or parents who would like to participate are welcome to join them. If you are interested in donating this is the link.
