JAMZ Admission

Does anyone know what the cost is to get into JAMZ each day?  I remember it was really high last year but don't know if it's changed or not.

For one day admission it is about $30 ($28 plus 5% tax). For two days it is about $50 ($48 plus 5% tax)....there are also senior and childrens prices but I am not sure what they are....

Copying and pasting from our itinerary:

Daily: $29.75 Adults; $18.75 Children/Seniors
2-Day Pass: $47.75 Adults; $29.50 Children/Seniors

I don't have the 3-day price because it doesn't apply to us, but I know there is one.

I'm sorry, but those prices are just insane.   We're not seeing a broadway show for goodness sake, we're there to watch our children cheer.  Why make it impossible for an entire family to go without costing a fortune??

After seeing these prices, I'm glad we're going to Jamfest.  That's crazy to charge that much.  Anyway, try to have fun with the money you have left and GOOD LUCK to everyone.

OMG!!!!  For my husband and I and my daughter, it will cost us $124.50 to get in for a 2-day pass.  I guess we won't eat.

JAMZ also offered pre-purchase 2-day discount tickets @ $43.50 for adults and $26 for children and seniors. Our gym owners got the email from JAMZ and coordinated the pre-purchase. Most of our families attending bought them in advance. Not a huge savings but better. I'm pretty sure the deadline already passed though, because we bought them almost a month ago. Good to know for next year though.

It is kind of nice getting them in advance that way you dont have to wait in line to purchase them

Exactly, we're talking about a $4 savings, and one problem with purchasing them in advance is what if plans change and you don't use them?  I'm thinking Jamz isn't going to reimburse you.   Jamz registration fees may be less expensive but they get it back with their outrageous admission fees.  I will say this though, at least you are paying a high price to see many teams compete; the turnout is very impressive!

If you know that you're gym is going to be a doing a JAMZ nationals in the beginning of the season, then I say start saving then.  Most people that have gone there before know the prices of admission tickets, hotel, travel etc... why complain about it?  This is all part of travelling with a competitive cheer team. Hopefully everyone can have fun and enjoy themselves in Vegas instead of thinking of different things to complain about!

Wow, with that attitude Jamz could charge double the price, and your response would be just start saving early.

Oh wow!!  Take it as you want!  Haha!!  All I'm saying is that cheer is expensive we all know this going into it.  If you know that your gym is going to these type of competitions then save your money!!  I'm sorry you have a problem with me saying that!  Vegas is expensive in general.  I started putting money away in the beginning of the season so I would have money for this competition and the USA competition in Anaheim.
