There are a few gyms that are going to be opening up this season. But this is a new one and would be quite interesting.

there are others. I'm sure they will make their announcement soon. It's just a matter of time.

Your rumor is not true!!! Lain Lee is not opening the 707 cheer gym. that gym is owned by a former high school coach from vcs in vacaville. she has no all star experience and she was let go from the school their for whatever reason. 707 is owned by cathy mathews and her daughter katie. it is located in vacaville the website is 707cheer.com for more information.

so to answer the question to the rumor it is not true

Coming straight from the source... Lain Lee is not an owner, coach or affiliated with 707 cheer program in Vacaville. As stated it is owned by Cathy Mathews a former teacher and High School cheer coach from Vacaville Christian Schools.

I checked the website that is posted and it is correct it has the owners as well as those who are coaching at this gym(lain is not a coach). I know of all of these people. Katie is a senior in high school and was a middle school coach at Vacaville Christian and Paula is just a mom who coached their younger squad at Vacaville Chrsiatian School. None of them have competitive All star Experience, but that doesn't mean anything I guess??

I heard that there will be a new gym either this coming year or next in the Sacramento Area.

Why open ANOTHER gym in Vacaville? They have SWAT, CheerTyme, and Aerials. Sonic was in Vacaville and closed, and there was another team out there called Vipers or something, they were open for 5 min's. I know that Vacaville has 3 fairly strong High School squads, and 2 youth organizations also. Obviously this parent has no all star experience or she would know that the 8 small squads in Vacaville are WAY to much for that small town, and without having the big names in coaching behind them, I just can't see them making it. Its already so hard for any gym to open.

Sadly you can't do much when parents have money (or access to money) to back them up, revenge for motivation, and/or a quest to be the power player in a gym. That holds true anywhere and porobably in any sport. A lot of people do not realize that running a gym is not as easy as it looks, nor as glamourous as it appears.

I wonder where the Lain Lee rumor started, it has been floating around my gym and I have heard it from another gym in my area as well as a youth cheer coach.
