Tongue in check...just a little bit...I admire Varsity for trying to capitalize on squeezing every dime out of people, but I think that at some point there would be mass rebellion by gym owners if they try to dictate SHOES! People get mad at them, but it is a business and they are taking steps that many growth companies take. My observation of gym owners, (and I don't mean this negatively), is that they have HUGE egos and will only go so far in being told what to do. (That whole ego thing being completely NECESSARY to get a cheer program going...it you don't think you are great, why would anyone come to your gym!!!)
