Hello there! We are so very excited down here in Surf City! We will finally be moving into our own location this coming season! We have grown over the past few years but expect that 08-09 has great thinks to come! We really want to thank all of those in the industry who has given us advise (and warnings), as well as being supportive through our early years. We have 11 teams on the schedule for next season, beginning at the Tiny Level, through the Open Level, including a Special Needs Team and a Parents Team. We are really excited about the Special Needs Team, it will be the first one in Orange County! Our "problem", we need coaches... tumbling coaches, with various levels of experience, coaches, or Ass't coaches, preferably with strong stunt and choreography skills (and jumps, and dance, and... etc) Part-time/Full-time. I know, asking for a miracle, huh? Any how, our gym is different (don't we all like to believe that?) and we have unique philosophies, we have found it hard to find "cheer" staff that believes in positive reinforcement over coaching through fear (yelling) and against advise, we treat everyone like family. We are also looking for high school seniors or college students interested in taking part-time positions. We are looking for cheerleaders, past or present, who are willing to "Dare to be Different" and take the leap to a gym that will build your self-esteem, self-confidence, and give you a different look at cheer! I am not here to "steal" anyone, only interested in those who may have lost the "love of cheer" due to unfortunate circumstances and is willing to give someone a chance to "give the love" back or is at a stopping point and wants to change direction.
