Did those videos work for anyone? They wont work for me! =(
i watched flyers both days when i was in atlanta and they looked very good. While they may not have the skill level a lot of gyms have, they stuck a solid clean routine two days in a row and that is what cheersport is about. I personally dont think running tucks and layouts belong in level five at this point in the cheerleading world and they showed that it is possible. Cleanliness counts!!! Cogats on the partial paid bid as well! Great job to you ladies, you worked it out this weekend.
well looking at the page where they posted videos, they were competing against pro cheer from georgia, kc cheer, celebrity, premier great white sharks, spirit factory, newnan southern stars, usa all stars, maryland vipers, power cheer!, cheer command, cheer dynasty, cheer savannah candy girls, prime tyme, and cheer corp. the other teams may have had more difficulty but didn't hit it.
i believe they were in the tougher of the small sr 5 split divisions going up against cea, central jersey, sjs.
They were in the easier one.
wow and i guess you must be the expert in which oone was easier or not? how petty is that!!! come on they went there and won. they competeted aginst other teams and eraned their first place! how many times have your teams won in your division and maybe went against one other team or teams that may not in others opinions be the top team to beat but you won. it is your victory. give me a break. a win is a win. congratulations
CA Flyers had a tough division with MD Vipers, Premier Sharks, Prime Tyme, Celebrity and a few others who are tough teams. By the way whoever is saying they didn't have jumps into tucks is wrong. Watched the video several times today and half of their team does toe touch tucks, other half toe touch handsprings. In addition they have lots of front tumbling and just variations on traditional things that make their routine entertaining. Their stunts, baskets and dance are just amazing.
well the jumps to tuck are not highlighted because of the bunch of people doing jumps to backhandspring which is a level 3 skill bytheway. not even jumps to handspring tuck (level 4)
