At the top of the screen it asks you if you want to allow windows media player to play click on that blue bar and the video will come up.

The picture is great but the sound is horrible. I cant listen to a mutant all day long. It's better to watch when the sound is off because otherwise its just plain bad. I hope the sound can get fixed soon!!!

ok so probably shouldn't say this BUT since this quality is soooo bad I don't care about protecting mr video...you can be logged in on the same user name on multiple computers. I couldn't get mine to play (at first) thinking something was wrong with my computer, I went to another computer in my house logged in and it came up and now both computers are playing it - so tell all your friends your log in info and they can watch to without ordering! this qualityis horrible on oasis hall if you switch to the ballroom (highschools) that sound and video is 100% better no fair!!!

one more thing...thinking of a way to contact them to report the sound issues and how about this if any of you know anyone is there right now call them and have them walk up to mr video and tell them about the webcast sound maybe they dont even know who its coming out on our end!
