Din't write down the result sorry... hands down best performance of the day has to go to the Royals CoEd  L4! The music stopped mid way through the tumbling pass...those kids didn't miss a beat.  The whole crowd was screaming for them and they kept the pace and energy level super high!!  They took 1st too!  I used them as an example for my team!

no way, best team of the day was by far granite bay hs, and i stayed and watched all day. Nothing against Royals, they were very good, but GBHS was incredible.

I agree Granite Bay was great.  However Royals courage took them too the top.  The music stopped, they kept going and did the entire routine without missing a beat.  They had a standing ovation.  Their kids kept the positive attitude and showmanship throughout the entire routine.  I agree ROYALS CO-ED was the best show of the day.  They not only demonstrated the performance skills, they demonstrated everything it takes to be a team and never stopping until the job is done.  GREAT JOB GRANITE BAY.  You all were amazing as well.

I have seen both teams and Granite Bay is good. Their flyers are very flexible but don't seem to have anything super creative in their routine. Royals has come so far as a program. Good job to them.

Well ran competition. Great Job cheergyms staff. Very professional and smooth running. The announcer couldve been a little more animated, but overall it was nice-at least we could understand him

It was just Power and All Star Elite in Sr 4. All Star Elite took first...Power had 2 dropped stunts and a couple tumbling touch downs, but still to me, Power had such superior skills I don't underdstand how they got 2nd even with the deductions, just my opinion. Royals got first in Sr 4 co-ed and as someone posted earlier, was outstanding with the problem they had with their music...kids didn't miss a beat, and still took first! Fabulous performance!

They were crossed off on the schedule that was handed out and said cancelled...they had other teams there though, not sure why their 4 team dropped...

ucf was a scratch. the word is they are reworking their routine from injuries. that happen this time of year.
wishing them the best and looking forward to seeing them at next comp.

yes you are right my mistake about royalswink
power was amazing but all star was very clean and just the better team that day not to take away from power at all.  give all star elite their credit and let them bask in the glory of beating power, it is such a rare occassionbiggrin
royal did great w/out music and it was nice that all the people in the stands were clapping on beat for them and counting with them it was nice to see. thats how you do things. keep up the good sportsmanship parents and fellow cheerleaders.
i liked this competition it was a nice comp for the bust time if the season just to see reworked routines that are getting ready for nationals and to give the kods a chance to perform at a well ran competition.
cheergyms as usuual you are a step above the rest with your professionalism
great competition
