Sorry I'm just now reading these, but can you tell me who votes?   Also who is on the rules committee, are these gym owners?  I would think they would vote to keep what is working for them.

The NACCC gathers the proposals and conducts the voting.  All USASF credentialed coaches are eligible to vote.  The NACCC then sends the results and recommendations to the USASF Rules Committee.  The members are:

I was under the impression he no longer had an affiliation with GSSA, this could be old info.   I was also wondering why it didn't say cheergyms.com.

It's very possible that a bit of the information is old. USASF has hired some new people that will eventually keep the site up to date, but they're still working their way through old stuff.
