This is North Garland High from Garland, Texas. There are multiple things done in this routine for the first time and still done in routines to this day. This has always been my favorite routine and I was lucky enough to be there on this day in December 1992. It was amazing. Until seeing Top Gun at Worlds this past year nothing had ever come close.

wow that is amazing from so long ago. how cool you can see so much of what goes on today in that routine i am sitting here with my mouth open how cool thanks for postin
I remember seeing this routine at NCA that year. I was a freshman in high school (boy, that dates me!) and it was the first non-local competition I had ever attended in my entire life (I had just switched to cheer from gymnastics that year). Our team was not coed but I remember seeing that routine and thinking we may as well pack up and go home :) The pace of the routine alone is insane.
Great stuff...it never occurred to me to look it up on YouTube. Thanks Danny!
Wow, Totally Agreee. Although, I did LOVE TG last year at worlds. This was defff. ahead of their time and is very similar to alot of what we do today. Two Thumbs up. =]
